I ve just came back from a short buying trip. As usual there are plenty of products to choose from. But this time, I brought something special for you.....
I proudly announce the birth of our very own products, Zara Sofia and Zara Alia. You've probably seen the tudong worn by the Malaysian famous artist, Siti Nurhaliza. Its pretty isn’t it? Did you ever wish that you could have it too? But you probably wish that you could wear it with matching inner scarf to cover your hair. Well that’s exactly what we have produced. I cannot deny the fact that there are plenty of this kind of style being sold and advertised by models in malay magazines from our neighbouring country. A friend once asked me if I could sell her a matching inner scarf to match with her ‘Siti Nurhaliza tudong’. So I borrowed the ‘Siti Nurhaliza tudong’ to see what sort of inner scarf could perfectly go with the style. Unfortunately I couldn't find one that nicely matched with that product style. I guess the tudong was just not meant to be worn with inner scarf.
Having said that, I was determined to cater that need so that my friend could wear that style too. So after a couple of months carefully studying the concept and the best material that would present nicely in that style with inner scarf, we finally put the product on our shelves waiting to be grabbed. In line with our concept of simple yet elegant and practical, the set is just very easy to wear without much effort. If you’re one of the fans of this style, why wait.. get it now. Other than tudong instants, I have also brought in tudong Kasa Rubiah which I normally referred to as Tudong square. Not my kind personally in terms of practicality but the uniqueness of this tudong is from its quality material to design and beadings that attracted me to promote this tudong square, just to give you more choices in your daily dressing. And I must say that it's plain colored material with matching beads is very elegant to wear in formal functions or any hari raya openhouse.
Simple and plain colored scraf, in my personal observation and opinion, is able to bring out your special features as it does not compete with your face and complexion when compared to wearing flowery/patented, colourful scraf. More often than not, human eyes are more attracted to the brighter colourful material than your unique face. Its a pity especially when you have spent some money on make-ups, facials etc and yet unable to be noticed due to competition from the beautiful flowery colourful scarf. What a waste!
